Bike Intervals guides you through your cycling interval workout with the voice of your iPhone. Create a workout, get on your bike and let Bike Intervals announce the intervals through your headphones or your devices internal speaker. You can concentrate on your surroundings while riding outside or listen to music, watch a movie or a cycling race while exercising indoors.
Create, edit and delete your personal interval workouts. Choose how each interval will be announced, the interval duration, repeat count and the duration of the recovery intervals. The app contains three example workouts that will help you to start. You can also set target power, heart rate, cadence and speed for each interval.
Connect a heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensor or a power meter to monitor your performance during your training session.
Your workouts are automatically synchronized with iCloud and will be available on all your iOS devices. But you can also use the app without iCloud.
Bike Intevals plays nicely with other apps. It will only shortly interrupt your music or video to remind you about the next interval.
